I grew up in Poland, studied at Cracow's Polytechnic.  

 

   I recently retired from my professional life in architecture, which allowed more time for artistic explorations.  Many years in design gave me good sense and understanding of spatial relations. I am drawn to sculpture more than any other art forms. I like working with clay as it is so humble of a medium, so basic, but at the same time it holds unlimited potential, so powerful....

   A few years ago I did a bit of pottery, including the wheel, but now I am exploring other forms and techniques. I like to play with clay and I let it take me places...
